Greenfields will carry out non emergency repairs from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Mondays to Thursdays, and 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Fridays. There are also appointments available on Saturday mornings, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon which require a few days notice. Please contact us to book this.

• Emergency repairs will be addressed within 24 hours 
• Urgent repairs within seven days
• Routine repairs within 28 days

We carry out repair inspections within seven days

We ask you to :

• Report repairs quickly
• Make sure you are at home for an appointment
• Give as much notice and information about repairs as possible
• Co-operate with us, which can mean removing furniture and floor finishes and keeping children and pets out of the way
