Paying Your Rent
 Rent Payments are due every week on Monday in advance. You can check your rent account online 24 hours a day. There are lots of ways that you can pay your rent. These include:

Online:
If you would like to start paying your rent online, you can log onto www.allpayments.net. The first time that you use it, you will be asked to create a password which will speed up the process on future visits. You will need to have the 19 digit number written across the middle of your swipe card as a payment reference, as well as your payment card details. If you do not have a swipe card, you can contact the Rent Accounting Team.

By Direct Debit:
If you would like to start paying your rent by direct debit, please contact the Rent Accounting Team at Greenfields on 01376 535400.

By Standing Order:
If you would like to start paying your rent by standing order, please contact the Rent Accounting Team or you can download our standing order form to hand into your bank. Please quote your 13 digit account number.

By Telephone:
A payment by credit or debit card can be made on our automated card line by calling 0844 557 8321.

By Cheque:
You can post cheques, made payable to Greenfields Community Housing, to our Braintree address. Alternatively, you can hand cheques into any of our offices. Get details of our office locations.

Your Local Post Office:
You can make payments using any method, including cash, at post offices.

Pay Point:
Visit any store with the Pay Point sign and you can make cash or cheque payments. Find your nearest Pay Point Facility.
Remember that you will need your swipe card to make payments. Please keep your receipts as proof of payment.
