About emergency repairs

  • Emergency repairs can be reported 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • An emergency is if there is a serious risk to your health, safety or security, or where there is a risk of serious damage to your property
  • Emergency repairs requests will be attended to within 24 hours of being reported
  • Please make sure you only phone us out-of hours if there is a genuine emergency. It is really important that the system is used properly and you do not waste our money by calling when the repair could wait until the next day
  • The out-of-hours emergency service is available on our usual phone number 01376 535400
