The Board currently consists of 6 tenants, 1 leaseholder, 5 independent members and 3 councillors. This is an unusual share of ownership and means that tenants and leaseholders have a more significant say than usual in how the housing service is run.

The Greenfields Board is a key policy making body and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Greenfields' Business Plan to provide decent homes for all its tenants and leaseholders. The Board decides where Greenfields is going and how it will get there.
