Greenfields Community Housing manage some of the garage sites across the Braintree District. The current weekly rental charges for our garages are £7.50 for Greenfields' tenants and £8.81 (inclusive of £1.31 VAT) for private residents.

Greenfields also rent parking spaces in the Halstead Town area. There are two sites - one at Trinity Court and one at Elizabeth Way. Preference is given to residents of these flats and people who live nearby. Current weekly charges for parking space rentals are £1.60 for Greenfields' tenants and £1.88 (inclusive of £0.28 VAT) for private residents.

To apply you will need to complete either a garage application form or a parking space application form and return it to your local area office.
