Greenfields has a legal duty to arrange for our annual gas safety checks to be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. We take your safety very seriously and our policy and procedures are very comprehensive, which also ensures you receive an excellent standard of servicing and repairs.

We ensure our residents are at the heart of our business and appreciate your co-operation in allowing access to carry out these very important safety checks.

We take a sensitive and balanced approach to obtaining access and are very flexible with the times the annual safety check is carried out; offering evening and Saturday appointments. The appointment slots available are: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 7.30pm and Saturdays mornings, 9am - 1pm. These can be arranged direct with PH Jones using the contact details above.

PH Jones will contact you two months prior to the expiry date of your gas certificate and offer an appointment. If this is not convenient you can contact them to arrange a more convenient time. Greenfields No Access Procedure is very strict and failure to make an appointment will result in court action to obtain an injunction for access.
