Greenfields carry out annual gas safety checks on all of our homes. We take your safety very seriously and our policy and procedures are very comprehensive, which also ensures you receive an excellent standard of servicing and repairs.

We are now offering more convenient appointments slots, at evenings and weekends. The times available are:

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 7.30pm

Saturday mornings, 9am - 1pm

We have a legal duty to arrange for our annual gas safety checks to be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. We ensure our residents are at the heart of our organisation and appreciate your co-operation in allowing access to carry out these very important safety checks, enabling constructive feedback on the quality of service you receive.
