- 81% of residents are satisfied with the repairs and maintenance survey
Mike Gosling, Performance Manager at Greenfields, said: “These are excellent results for our first major survey since transfer in 2007. They clearly show that since the last survey in 2006, we are improving in all our key service areas, such as repairs, customer service, major home improvements and locality/area management.”
Phil Adams, Chief Executive, said: “We would like to thank everyone who took part in our first STATUS survey. The results are very important to us, as we can tailor improvements to meet our residents’ needs. Ultimately, we want our residents to be happy in their homes and neighbourhoods and we will do everything we can to make sure this is the case.”
