We send out six-monthly repair statements to enable you to raise any queries that you may have about repairs that have been carried out in the previous six months. To find out more about repair statements, please read the information below.
Help with repair statements
If you do have anything you require help and support with, please contact Leasehold Services in writing, within one month of receiving the statement so we can look into this for you. Anything raised after this date will not be able to be investigated, so we urge you to contact us within this time.
You won’t be required to pay for the repairs at the time of the six-monthly statements being issued. The amount will be shown on the Actual Accounts, which will be sent at a later date.
