Meet our Heads of Service
Our Heads of Service are responsible for overseeing all of Greenfields’ services.
We work closely with the Executive Management Team and other managers to provide support to the Board, its committees and the Community Gateway Group to fulfil all of our commitments in Building Communities Together, our Corporate Strategy.
Head of Neighbourhoods
Diane is responsible for services including: Tenancy & Estate Management, Anti-Social Behaviour, Lettings and Support for Older People, Tenancy Sustainment and Digital Inclusion.
Head of Repairs and Maintenance
Scott is responsible for services including: Repairs, Statutory Services, Adaptations and Painting.
Head of Finance
Tricia is responsible for services including: Budget & Business Planning, Financial & Rent accounts, Treasury Management and External Audit.
Head of Customer Excellence
Paula is responsible for services including Customer Services Centre and Customer Feedback.
Head of Assets
Martin is responsible for services including: Asset Management, Contract Management, General Surveying and Quantity Surveying.
Head of IT & Business Analytics
Jon is responsible for IT and Business Solutions.
Head of People & Comms
Elaine is responsible for Human Resources, Communications and Office Services.
Director of Development
Andrew is responsible for our Development Service.
Director of Governance
Jeremy is responsible for our Governance Service.
