Apprenticeships can be a great route into employment, allowing you to study for a qualification whilst working.
Who can apply for an apprenticeship?
We are committed to providing 50 new apprenticeship opportunities between 2015-2020, not only to local young people but also to our residents who are looking for meaningful employment and the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification. Many apprentices who have completed their placement are still working with us – some now as managers!
As an apprentice at Greenfields, you can expect to achieve:
- Hands-on experience in the workplace
- A nationally recognised qualification, which may include attending college one day a week
- Learning and development opportunities to help you build your skills, knowledge and experience
- A salary that equates to the national minimum wage for your age
- Excellent company benefits.
We will support you to fulfil your potential and enjoy your apprenticeship opportunity at Greenfields.
