Digital Inclusion Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Tenancy Sustainment Team to champion, lead and support residents claiming Universal Credit which in turn will help maximise our rental income. You will also increase and improve online capablity and access to technology for all Greenfields residents.

Customer Services Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our Customer Service Centre team. The hours are as follows. Please note that these hours are non-negotiable: Monday 8.30 – 15.00 (30 min lunch), Tuesday to Friday 10.30 – 14:30 (no lunch). The ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience, as this role is all about providing exceptional customer service, and resolving queries within agreed timescales and standards. We achieve this through being our customer first point of contact and using a range of communications chanels such as telephone, email, live chat, text and Social Media.
