Strengthening and building our business
Greenfields is looking forward to an exciting period of growth, not only in developing new homes and assets, but continuously improving how we look after our residents and communities, increasing innovation in ICT and imprinting our digital footprint to become an inspiration in this field.
At the heart of this are our people and we pride ourselves in developing and retaining the best employees by offering great opportunities. We recognise and value how a flexible and agile workforce truly blends a work/life balance lifestyle and contributes to our success. Other key offerings include a competitive salary, health and wellbeing initiatives, positive mental health culture, good pension and annual leave entitlements, bright open plan offices and onsite parking.
The first phase of our energising programme is attracting new talent to Greenfields to strengthen and build our existing teams, so we can continue to deliver great services to all of our customers.
Greenfields is situated in a central location in the countryside of north Essex with great train and road links to the M25, M11 and A120 and on the doorstep of Braintree Village (formally Freeport Designer Village).
