Welcome to the Community Gateway Group

A Community Gateway is an innovative way of running social housing, meaning true tenant and leaseholder involvement in decision-making about homes and services. We’ve always held great pride in welcoming tenants into the “Greenfields Family.” Our core objective is to improve lives and without the input from our residents this is simply not achievable.

Our Community Gateway Group ultimately holds our board to account and they play a crucial role in making sure the right services are being delivered in the right way at the right time. It’s a very rewarding role and is key in making sure Greenfields succeed in improving people’s lives.

What is a Community Gateway Association?

We give our residents the chance to be actively involved with Greenfields and have a say on how things are done. We provide additional opportunities and resources to our residents, beyond the development and maintenance of their homes. Click the button below to learn more.
