Increasingly, you’re telling us that it’s more convenient to find out about our services and report issues online at any time. That’s why, in recent years, we have introduced new ways to contact us, such as our text messaging service, Live Chat on our website and our Self Service Portal
This online service allows you to check your rent, book a repair, message us, change your details and more. Signing up only takes a few minutes, and once your details have been verified you’ll receive an email and can make a start!
As an added bonus, we are launching a fantastic prize draw to all residents who have signed up and use the Self Service Portal. All you need to do to enter the prize draw is to be registered and access any service on the portal and your name will automatically be included in the draw. In December 2017 and January, February and March 2018, we’ll select one resident at random who has used the service and they will win a tablet or another digital device of their choice, worth up to £200!
In addition, anyone who helps a fellow resident sign up to the portal will get a £5 Love2Shop voucher per resident supported. To receive your voucher, the resident supported must sign up to the Self Service Portal between now and the end of March and send us a message via the portal confirming the name of the resident who helped them.
