At Greenfields Community Housing, our aim is to be more than just a landlord and to put our residents first.
So we were delighted to be told that we have retained our Customer Service Excellence accreditation for the sixth year running.
In September, an inspector visited Greenfields House and spent a day interviewing staff and residents to see whether we focused on the needs of our residents and customers across a range of criteria.
His subsequent report stated Greenfields is ‘compliant’ or exceeds expectations in all 57 areas of assessment, meaning we continue to hold the accreditation we first secured in 2012.
The report praises our “customer-focused culture across the organisation” and highlights our increasing online services, which will help support the increasing number of residents who claim Universal Credit.
It states: “Performance across all areas of service delivery continues to be good.”
The inspector particularly noted our work to help residents lead healthy lifestyles, our engagement to ensure residents shape services and the ability of Customer Service Centre staff, who feel empowered to resolve problems and deal successfully with enquiries at the first time of asking.
