You can continue to apply to rent garages using the form on this page.
Eastlight has around 2,800 garages which we let to our tenants, leaseholders and private residents.

How to rent
Our tenants and leaseholders are given priority for garages, and can rent them for £10.37 per week. Private tenants or anyone renting more than two garages pay VAT, so the weekly amount is £12.44. You will need to pay four weeks’ rent in advance and set up a direct debit or standing order when you sign up for the garage.
Our garage sign up process is a digital with documents being sent and signed electronically.
All of our garages are rented for the purpose of storing vehicles only. They should not be used for business purposes.
To register your interest in one of our garages please fill in the form below. You will then be contacted by a member of the Lettings Team with garages available in your selected areas.
When you reach the top of the waiting list and a garage becomes available you will be contacted by phone or email with an offer of a garage. If no response is received within 3 working days your application will be suspended and no offer of a garage will be made.
