Volunteer as a digi-pal or Chair-based Exercise Leader

Chair-based Exercise Leader
Chair based exercise can be life-changing. Its been proven to improve mobility and help to prevent falls, as well as encouraging social interaction and getting you out of the house! We hold free classes across the region. Please fill in the form below if you would like to volunteer to lead a class (full training will be provided).
