We have Community Voices in many of our neighbourhoods; who each help to pass your views about your homes and housing service onto Greenfields. To find out more about Community Voices, please read the information below.

What is a Community Voice?

As defined by one of our Community Voices, you are a:

“A communication bridge to pass on information and express tenants’ interests, needs and concerns.”

Being a Community Voice allows you to:

  • Become involved in a more informal way
  • Represent the views and interests of your local community
  • Have regular contact with the Greenfields Resident Group to discuss any issues and feedback you may have
  • Report any health and safety issues to your Neighbourhood Co-ordinator.

    Some of our volunteering roles may mean that you have prolonged contact with vulnerable people. In the interests of safeguarding we ask you to declare if you have ever been convicted of a criminal offence, been the subject of a safeguarding enquiry or are included on the Disclosure Barring Service Adult Barred list? If so, please confirm, including any relevant information:

    Some volunteering roles may require a DBS check. We will tell you if this is the case and arrange for the check to be carried out.
