Some of our volunteering roles may mean that you have prolonged contact with vulnerable people. In the interests of safeguarding we ask you to declare if you have ever been convicted of a criminal offence, been the subject of a safeguarding enquiry or are included on the Disclosure Barring Service Adult Barred list? If so, please confirm, including any relevant information:

Some volunteering roles may require a DBS check. We will tell you if this is the case and arrange for the check to be carried out.

Greenfields will use the information you have provided to process your application to become an involved resident. If your application is successful, we will contact you to discuss your application further.
