Greenfields Community Housing is celebrating after being placed 5th in 24 Housing magazine’s Top 50 Social Landlords 2019 list.
Greenfields won a highly sought-after place on the list after judges praised our focus on meaningful resident engagement, support for residents and hugely ambitious growth plans.
Resident involvement is embedded in our DNA, and there are opportunities for tenants and leaseholders to shape and improve services and introduce community improvements.
We have just launched Building Communities Together, our new Corporate Strategy, which pledges nearly 1,800 new homes and £73 million investment in existing stock through an emerging culture of innovation and agile working to ensure teams are motivated and empowered to deliver.
Emma Palmer, Greenfields’ Chief Executive, said: “I’m delighted to see Greenfields place so highly in 24 Housing’s Top 50 Social Landlords 2019 list.
“My colleagues, the Board and the many residents who help shape our services are rightly proud of this recognition.
“It also demonstrates our ambition to help tackle a housing crisis which has left so many families struggling to find somewhere affordable to live. Thank you to the sector colleagues who nominated us.”
