On 1 July 2020, Greenfields Community Housing and Colne Housing merged to form Eastlight Community Homes.

If you are a Greenfields resident, please continue using your usual contact methods, as they continue to work. Your services, including My Greenfields, continue to be available.

What is My Greenfields?

My Greenfields gives you the power to manage your balance, book a repair, make payments and more. The easy-to-use service is available 24/7, so you don’t have to wait until office opening hours to take action.

My Greenfields is provided to give you access to your information. If you want to find out about our services and policies, then please use the ‘Search’ function at the top right of the page.

At the touch of a button, you can:

  • Check your rent balance and view statements
  • Report repairs and make your own appointments
  • Check your repairs history
  • Make a secure payment
  • Report anti-social behaviour
