Congratulations to Chloe Pocock, who has won a selection of digital gifts in our prize draw for users of our online service, ‘My Greenfields.’
Since launching in May, My Greenfields, our upgraded self-service portal, has been used by more than 1,200 residents. At just the touch of a button, you can book a repair, check your rent balance and more.
Chloe was offered a digital device worth £150 and chose a new mobile phone with internet access. She told us: “I use My Greenfields quite often to book repairs. It’s easy to understand and I would definitely recommend it to others.”
A fellow housing association has estimated that a phone conversation to check your rent or book a repair costs £4, while carrying out the same check or request online costs just 10p. This saves us time and resources which we can use to support our residents when they most need it. Last year, for example, our Tenancy Sustainment Team offered a range of support with finance, benefits, Universal Credit applications and more.
