Logging onto our Self Service Portal and booking a repair has landed mum Sarah Davey a touchscreen laptop!
Sarah, who lives in one of our new homes in Elsenham with her husband and two children, was selected at random from the 472 Greenfields residents who logged onto our online portal in January.
Sarah has so far used the portal to book a repair and check her rent account, and describes it as “really easy” to use. You can use the free digital service 24/7 to book repairs, check your rent account, pay your rent, send us a message and more.
We launched a monthly prize draw in December, which gives anyone who is registered with the portal by March the opportunity to win a digital device of their choice worth up to £200. To enter our draw this month, simply use the SSP for any service. A fourth and final draw will be held in March.
Remember – you cannot enter the prize draw until you have entered your verification code. Once you’ve registered, we will verify your details and email you a code which will allow you to check your rent account and book repairs.
Sarah chose a touch-screen laptop as her prize, as both her children have autism, which affects her 10-year-old’s reading and writing. She tells us: “He will have no trouble using this laptop; it’s universal and the whole family can enjoy it.”
Residents who sign a friend or neighbour up to the portal can also claim a £5 shopping voucher. Simply ask the resident you signed up to send us a message via the portal explaining your support, and we’ll be in touch!
