Covid 19 Update
We’re continuing to provide support services to our residents remotely. Where necessary, we will carry out essential visits, ensuring that we follow Government guidelines for social distancing and PPE. If you feel you require support, please contact us.
Our Tenancy Sustainment Co-ordinators are part of our Neighbourhoods team.
You may be referred into the service for a variety of reasons which can include:
- Help with decluttering
- Support with accessing health services, including mental health services
- Guidance with maintaining routines at home
- Support with downsizing homes
- Referrals and support for debt, benefit and budgeting advice
- Assistance with accessing training and volunteering opportunities
- Safeguarding referrals.
Also, some members of the team are trained Mental Health First Aiders; offering support and advice around your emotional wellbeing and helping you to get professional support.
