Five Ways to Wellbeing Video
Essex County Council’s Five Ways to Wellbeing campaign focuses on five key factors: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give to Others. It gives some great advice and insight on improving your wellbeing through a range of activities and actions, such as volunteering, taking a walk in the country or getting qualifications and learning new skills. We’re delighted that one of our chair-based exercise classes is featured in the video! Take a look by following this link 5 Ways to Wellbeing in Essex.
The Livewell Campaign works collectively alongside partners that contribute towards the wellbeing of residents living in the Braintree district in order to reduce the cost to the NHS of social care and health. Please visit the Livewell Campaign website to find out more.
