Whether you need help with decluttering, your emotional wellbeing, downsizing or more, our dedicated team will help until you’re confident and comfortable your own home
Our Tenancy Sustainment Co-ordinators are part of our Neighbourhoods team and work closely with the Neighbourhood Co-ordinators. The team are trained Mental Health First Aiders; offering support and advice around your emotional wellbeing and helping you to get professional support.
You may be referred into the service for a variety of reasons which can include:
- Help with decluttering
- Support with accessing health services, including mental health services
- Guidance with maintaining routines at home
- Support with downsizing homes
- Referrals and support for debt, benefit and budgeting advice
- Assistance with accessing training and volunteering opportunities
- Safeguarding referrals.
An initial assessment is completed with the resident to assess where support can be offered around four areas: staying safe, enjoying and achieving, being healthy and achieving economic wellbeing.
The team also work with residents who are new to Greenfields and are moving into their first home. Many first time tenancy holders can be anxious about setting up home, paying bills, budgeting, settling into a new area and understanding their tenancy.
The team offer a Tenancy Training programme, in your own home, where they will visit weekly and offer support and guidance through the first few weeks in your new home.
There is no time limit on how long we work with you. We will support you until you are confident and comfortable with sustaining your own tenancies and life.
There are no supporting documents available at present.

What is a Community Gateway Association?
We give our residents the chance to be actively involved with Greenfields and have a say on how things are done. We provide additional opportunities and resources to our residents, beyond the development and maintenance of their homes. Click the button below to learn more.
