Want to pay your rent without picking up your phone? Or do you want to find out about one of our services after work?

We have made a commitment to engage and interact with residents in a way that suits you – whether that’s in person, over the phone or, increasingly, online.

Being online can be a fast and cost-effective way to communicate; as well as bringing many other benefits.

On our Self Service Portal you can check your rent, book a repair, contact us and more. We have just published a handy short video guide to help you through the sign-up process. And between December 2017 and March 2018, residents who sign-up can enter monthly prize draws to win a digital device worth up to £200. In addition, anyone who helps a fellow resident sign up to the portal will get a £5 Love2Shop voucher per resident supported. As you may have noticed, you can also use Live Chat to communicate instantly with us during office hours. And, of course, there is information on all our services available on this website at the touch of a button!

To keep residents informed, when you call our Customer Service Centre, you will now be greeted with the following message:
