Victorious Victoria Valentine is amazed with her Amazon Echo, after winning our fourth and final monthly prize draw for using our Self Service Portal.
The portal can be used on the go anytime and from any device for residents to report and book repairs, check their rent balances and more. Victoria, from Hatfield Peverel, regularly uses the portal to get in touch, as she tells us “It’s easier and quicker than any other way. I’ve used it to check my rent account, to report repairs and to send Greenfields a message about my neighbours’ trees. I will definitely continue to use it as it’s so handy.”
A fellow housing association has estimated that a phone conversation to check your rent or book a repair costs £4, while carrying out the same check or request online costs just 10p. This saves us time and resources which we can use to support our residents when they most need it.
