Virtual Voices are individual residents who respond to emails from Greenfields staff; asking them to give their views and opinions which are then used to shape and improve our services.

What is a Virtual Voice?

If you want a quick, easy and convenient way of giving your views on our services, you can become a Virtual Voice. Just fill out the form below and we will contact you from time to time to ask your views and opinions on specific subjects relating to your homes and housing service. Your feedback will be used to make improvements, where needed and relevant.

Some of our volunteering roles may mean that you have prolonged contact with vulnerable people. In the interests of safeguarding we ask you to declare if you have ever been convicted of a criminal offence, been the subject of a safeguarding enquiry or are included on the Disclosure Barring Service Adult Barred list? If so, please confirm, including any relevant information:

Some volunteering roles may require a DBS check. We will tell you if this is the case and arrange for the check to be carried out.

By providing the above information, you consent to Greenfields processing your data to enable you to become an involved resident with Greenfields. If your application is successful, we will contact you to discuss your application further.
 
You are able to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Greenfields’ Governance Advisor. However, please note that we are required to retain the information regarding successful and unsuccessful applications for the life of your tenancy with us plus 6 years after as per our Data Retention Schedule.
