Sarah Milton from Halstead has that winning feeling after being selected to choose a tablet in our monthly Self Service Portal prize draw.

We offer a range of ways for you to get in touch with us, including our Self Service Portal. You can use the free digital service 24/7 to book repairs, check your rent account, pay your rent, send us a message and more. It’s quick, easy and convenient to use; as more than 1,000 residents have discovered.

We launched a monthly prize draw in December, which gives anyone who is registered with the portal by March the opportunity to win a digital device of their choice worth up to £200. To enter future monthly draws, you must have verified your account and use it for any service in January, February or March.

Sarah was chosen at random to become our first winner this month, and chose an Amazon Fire 10 inch tablet with the Alexa Hands-Free function. Sarah can ask Alexa to read aloud whatever’s on the screen, which will be particularly useful to her as she has a health condition which can impair her movement and strength: “Alexa is wonderful! I will definitely use her to read me books and check the weather. I’ve never won anything before and this has definitely cheered me up!”

Sarah has been using the portal since last year to check her rent and the progress of a repair she reported: “I find it easy to use and will definitely keep using it when I need to.”
