We offer a Supported Garden Maintenance Service, to help residents who are unable to manage their gardens and who don’t have relatives who can assist.
Helping you with the garden
We provide the service six times a year, plus one hedge cut. It includes:
Cutting grass to a height of no more than 30mm above ground level. All grass cuttings will be collected on Round One of the service; cuttings will not be collected on the remaining five visits.
Hedge-cutting begins at the end of nesting season (1 August) and all cuttings will be removed from site. This round of the service may take longer to complete due to the extra work involved in cutting hedges.
Work not included in the service are:
- Digging borders
- Tree trimming
- Shrub maintenance

What is a Community Gateway Association?
We give our residents the chance to be actively involved with Greenfields and have a say on how things are done. We provide additional opportunities and resources to our residents, beyond the development and maintenance of their homes. Click the button below to learn more.
