We’re here to support you with managing your tenancy, to help you to feel safe, secure and comfortable in your home, neighbourhood and community.

Covid19 Update

We are continuing to provide a full Neighbourhoods Service, although some services will be delivered in a different way than they were prior to the pandemic. Please see relevant pages on this website for further details. We will continue to be here for you when you need us and will strive to deliver a high level of service. This service will largely be remotely delivered.  However, where it is deemed necessary, we will carry out essential visits ensuring that we follow Government guidelines for social distancing and the use of PPE.

Our Specialist Co-ordinators

Our Specialist Co-ordinators are here to help you:

  • Maintain and comply with your tenancy
  • Manage anti-social behavior issues you may be experiencing
  • Help to keep communal areas and spaces owned by us safe and well-maintained for you to use.

They work alongside our Customer Service Team and volunteers to deliver an excellent service and make a real difference in your neighbourhood.
