Our Leasehold Services Team provides help and support to our leaseholders. We have over 450 leaseholders in the Braintree district, which includes Witham, Halstead and surrounding areas.

Your leaseholder area

We can help you with the following:

  • Service charges
  • Welfare advice
  • Landlord’s consent and making improvements to your home
  • Six-monthly repairs statements
  • Sub-letting

Need some expertise?
